Not at all. Cargo Cycling has a network of trained mechanics, fast spare-parts delivery, and digital service support via the Papaya platform. IoT data helps prevent downtime by enabling proactive maintenance.

Can the bikes be customized?

What financing options are available?

You may purchase, full-lease (incl. maintenance), or financial-lease (ownership after term). This flexibility helps make adoption easy for fleets of any size.

What is the warranty on the Cargo Cycling cargo bikes?

For the Cargo Cycling e-cargo bike models warranty is as follows:

  • The Product must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines.
  • The Product must not have been altered, modified, or tampered with in any way.
  • Parts used for maintenance, service and repairs must be approved by Cargo Cycling.
  • The Product must not have been involved in accidents, collisions, or other events that may cause damage not related to manufacturing defects.
