It takes more than a good bike to build a succesfull e-cargo operation. Our Three Circle Philosophy brings together three essential elements:

  • The Bike: We provide the right e-cargo bike for each specific use case, from last-mile delivery to urban services.
  • Service: We connect and train the right service partners to ensure the cargo bikes are looked after properly and remain in optimal condition to maximize uptime.
  • The Rider: We support rider training to improve safety, comfort and sustainable use of the bike.

By making e-cargo bikes connected, using IoT technology, we collect data, allowing us to gain insights that allow us to optimize service, monitor rider behaviour and continously improve our bikes. All based on real-world usage.

Low Maintenance And Simplified Repairs By Design

Across our range, every bike is engineered for real-world conditions. We use robust materials, proven components, and clever engineering to reduce service needs and simplify repairs. Features found across our models include:

  • Heavy-duty wheel systems - even using motor-grade rear wheels and reinforced front wheels, built to handle intense urban use.
  • Full suspension on our larger cargo bikes to help absorb shocks and vibrations, reducing wear on internal components.
  • Single-sided wheel mounting for quick and easy wheel replacements.
  • Low-maintenance drive systems with automatic chain tensioners to prevent issues like stretched or misaligned chains.
  • High-performance braking systems for safe, long-lasting reliability in all weather conditions.
  • Chainless drive options that eliminate wear that is experienced on traditional chains and sprockets.
  • Flat-resistant tires with rim protection to minimize punctures and downtime.

Modular Design

Modularity isn’t just in the Chariot and DOER, it’s built into every bike we make. Swapping components or adjusting setups is fast and easy, keeping your fleet flexible without having to take the whole bike apart.

Service When It's Needed

Each fleet operates differently. We tailor maintenance to actual usage instead of fixed schedules, which means fewer unnecessary checks, higher uptimes, and smoother daily operations.

Trained Technicians

All our service partners' mechanics are trained directly by Cargo Cycling. We help them to understand every bike inside and out. How it's built, how it rides, and how to keep it running smoothly. No guesswork, just expertise and reliable service.

Papaya Dashboard

Our preferred digital platform, Papaya, keeps everything in one place. You can report issues, track tickets and get updates easily. Fleet managers get full visibility and stay ahead of potential problems.

IoT  Module

All our bikes can be equipped with smart sensors and IoT technology. This gives you real-time insight into usage, wear and potential issues. That means smarter planning, fewer surprises and longer-lasting performance.

Warranty

Every bike is backed by a solid warranty. We offer a 5 year warranty on our frames, two years on bicycle parts, two years on electronical parts and one year on batteries.
