Why Cargo Bikes?


Food delivery has grown quickly since the pandemic, and Subway Deventer needed a reliable local partner for durable, custom branded bikes. Manager Peter Tijs explains, “Our bikes are used daily for deliveries within a four to five kilometer radius.” The branded bikes also boost visibility, acting as moving ads throughout the city.

Employees report that the bikes are solid and comfortable. “We get many messages saying they ride very well,” says Tijs. Because cargo bike delivery is still new for them, improvements are ongoing. “There are still a few points to refine, and we are working on them together. We cycle around four thousand kilometers per month, so we need to trust the bikes will perform.”
